"I went to opening of a new clothing store called Acolyth with my friend, Mariam. I was blown away how clean and edgy the store looked like.
ReplyDeleteThere were couple of things that took my attetion away. First was this beautiful two handled tote by Hærfest. The design in this bag is close to perfection. I fell in love it; it's simple but it's still edgy and you can choose whether you want to carry the bag with the shorter handels or the longer ones. This bag is very versital and suits every style. The bag was really spacious, which was great because I tend to carry a lot of things with me.
An absolute favorite of mine was Boston shirt in white silk.
After getting my next paycheck, I'll get this shirt to myself.
I can't wait!
The designer and the creator and founder of Acolyth, Joonas Saari was really amazing person.
I definitely recommend you all come and visit Acolyth in Iso Roobertinkatu 40, Helsinki. It's open on mondays - fridays 11.30 - 19.30 o'clock and on saturadys 10.30 - 16.30 o'clock. "

ReplyDeleteThere in designers´ fashion shop you find things that are interesting now and tomorrow.
Among international and Finnish brands are for example Daniel Palillo who is more famous abroad than in Finland, Dusty by Marjut Uotila, Kowtow from New Zealand, Odeur from Sweden.
The owner and soul of the shop is Joonas Saari, a designer himself, who has nowadays less and less time for his own creative work.
Acolyth has now a new address in Fredrikinkatu 24, 00120 Helsinki. The shop is open Mon-Fri 11 am to 7 pm, Sat from 11 am to 4 pm.
If you are not in Helsinki, you can go shopping in Acolyth anyway!
